Child Safety Standards – Sawa

  1. ⁠Zero-Tolerance Policy

Sawa strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or interaction that involves: Child sexual abuse or exploitationSharing, distribution, or storage of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Grooming, solicitation, or any inappropriate interaction involving minors Any violation will result in immediate and permanent account termination, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

  1. Platform Eligibility (Adults Only)

Sawa is designed exclusively for adult users (couples). Users must be at least 18 years of age We do not knowingly permit minors on the platform Any account suspected of involving a minor will be removed immediately We may implement checks and verification measures to enforce eligibility where necessary.

  1. User Reporting & Safety Tools

We provide users with clear ways to report safety concerns. Users can report: Inappropriate profiles or content Suspicious or abusive interactions Any concerns related to child safety

Sawa maintains a proactive approach to safety through: Automated systems to detect harmful or abusive content Manual moderation and review of flagged activity Continuous monitoring of user reports and platform behavior We actively work to prevent misuse of the platform.

If a violation of our policies is identified, we may take actions including: Immediate removal of offending content Temporary suspension or permanent banning of accounts Restricting access to platform features Reporting to law enforcement authorities where required

Sawa complies with applicable child safety and online protection laws, including: The Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and related rules Applicable global standards on child protection and online safety We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in matters involving child safety.
